This is really helpful. I’m a psychologist who is trying to start a coaching business in addition to my private practice so I can expand the types of clients I work with and the approach I use. I help people become more psychologically flexible through science-based experiential practice including creative art exercises. I wonder if you think it’s a good idea to ask friends to share with their friends? I’m not allowed to do that under my therapist umbrella but I’m not sure about what is ok under a coaching umbrella.
